This a good BB Gun kit for starters?
This is my very first BB gun and I'm wondering if its a good first buy

Not really.They are springers, i.e. single shot / manual reload and if you use them in a skirmish or back yard war you will get shot to pieces by anyone with even a half decent AEG.
if you want a beginner's weapon that can be useful then go for a springer shotgun such as

Cheap AEG's tend to be LPEG, much lower powered and hence totally out ranged when you go up against more expensive models / RIF's.
